It can't just be a good, functional product, it has to be a solution to the buyer's problems. 

#2 - PEOPLE THINK THEY BUY BASED ON LOGIC. GUESS WHAT? They don't! People make decisions based mostly on emotions. Whichever product or services makes them feel happy, at ease or accomplished, that is what they'll go for. Become that choice!

#3 - MARKET TO THE NEGATIVE. People are more focused on escaping the negative rather than finding the positive. This is important!

We put way more value to getting ourselves out of pain, out of worry, out of like we want to escape, like being hurt.
